At NAB 2025, I partnered with Qumulo and The Event Collective to deliver a cohesive, high-impact event presence — including a 20x30 booth, a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meeting, and an exclusive VIP dinner.
I was deeply involved in the management and execution of Qumulo’s booth, overseeing logistics, coordinating vendor timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and attendees on the show floor. I also led planning and onsite execution for the CAB and VIP dinner, crafting thoughtful, relationship-driven moments that supported Qumulo’s goals of engagement and brand elevation.
This project was part of my freelance work under Catalyst 360 Events, where I support clients with strategy and execution for conferences, incentive programs, and executive experiences.
